KidScreen-27
The questionnaire used in the project examines health-related quality of life. The questionnaire was compiled by KidScreen Group. The questionnaire's parent and child version also consists of 27-27 questions, which are evaluated by the respondents on a Likert scale.
The questionnaire contains the following factors:
- Physical Activities and Health
- General Mood and Feelings about Yourself
- Family and Free Time
- Friends
- School and Learning
